- What counts as an iteration?
- One iteration = one machine run (a single PM or dev loop). Manual runs and scheduler-triggered runs both count the same.
- Do I pay for Claude tokens?
- Yes — but to Anthropic, not us. Keelen requires you to connect your own Claude API key or OAuth token, so token usage shows up on your Anthropic bill at cost.
- What happens when I hit my iteration limit?
- New runs pause until your next billing cycle. Top up instantly with an add-on pack from your billing dashboard, or upgrade your plan any time.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing dashboard. Pro-rated charges apply on upgrade.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. New accounts get a 14-day Operator trial — full feature access, then auto-converts to Free unless you choose a paid plan.
